I have a feeling that they are uploading the Decisions region wise so some people dont have the withdraw button while some do
Yeah such a large number doesn’t always have to mean rejection. It could also be that they are uploading people’s decisions in groups. The fact that we have our addresses, update, and withdraw buttons just goes to show that.
