<p>I didn't say you were "soooo weird" I was just a little startled so I called him, and he was at lunch so we chatted for a bit. Well I did RA for a professor over the summer-it doesn't make up for the lack of science fair (i suppose) but its something. Oh about the dance thing, my 10 yrs of dance is classical, the dance I do w/ Sid and Raj is DEFINATLY not classical. Thats like modern pop, I guess for a better way to explain it. I would say its "filmi" but that won't help you understand it, though the other Indians on this will know what i mean. Yeah you should come to a dance. The guys are dancing tonight actually, w/ Raj's girlfriend's group if you're interested.<br>

Hey all you good looking Indians reading this, what do you think? lol at times I really detest comparing myself to all my overachieving Indian friends. Indians are just too competitive, but c'est la vie.</p>

<p>from one hot indian to another (and i'm seriously not all that competitive, so no worries, i won't give you the wrong info or whatever :P) - i don't know about the other schools, because i'm a cali girl, but your out-of-state chances for berkeley and stanford seem pretty slim. great ecs (and that's from a fellow dancer, classical and otherwise) - they LOVE the dance stuff, just eat it up. unfortunately, if that's your weighted gpa, it's not as good...they're definitely looking for more than 3.9 unweighted and more than 4.1 or so weighted. best of luck!</p>
<p>Hey apsara, thanks for the input. My GPA is unweighted, my school doesn't weight so I don't know what it would be, but I think it would be a 4.3 ish. Yeah I'm hoping the dance business will be an edge, but you know what I'm just going ot do my thing and let fate happen. <p>thanks, I don't know though. There are tons of really super qualified people applying-record numbers of applicant EA this year. Argh!! I know quite a few people from Waytaza, and you people are just...I don't know, I'm just kidding :) Some of my best friends go to your school. Seriously though, you guys have it so much easier than we do, w/ your weighted grades, your GPA is cusioned so much!! okay I'm going to go to work, and since you're a junior you should get your butt in action and get to work. You still have a whole year till you're in our positions, don't get distracted-you can't afford to screw up junior year. Work hard, and then you won't be mad at yourself next year.<br>
