How is the financial Aid for EPGY? I want to take 1-2 classes over there, each one is about 500 dollars? But I can't afford it =p. I'll most likely only take one if the financial aid is good. What price can I be expecting to pay if my household income is very low, like sub 20k?

What other summer programs exist where I can take either calc 3, or an intro physics class for a small amount of money or even free? My local CC has budget cuts so its only offering very basic classes and all other CC's are too far away =/

thebioguy, you seem to be confusing the EPGY online courses with the Summer Institutes. The former has many more options in terms of courses, and they follow a reasonably standard high school/university curriculum; it also runs year-round and is entirely online. The courses listed [here[/url] are online courses.

There is also the Online High School, which is a completely separate program in which you attend high school full-time online, and also travel to Stanford for a 2-week program each summer. Don’t confuse this with the other two.

Financial aid is available for the Summer Institutes. If you want to know about the online courses, I suggest contacting EPGY directly. The application page mentions financial aid, but it appears to be out of date.

Lastly, I’m not exactly up-to-date on forum policy, but I’m pretty sure bumping posts is frowned upon.
