Stanford EPGY Program?

RESPONSES NEEDED!~

Hello everybody,

I need information regarding the Stanford EPGY Program. I am already well informed of the process of getting into it. However, I am looking for additional information on the Business Program. The application requires a work sample that pertains to the course. I don't have previous Business classes at school, nor have I joined FBLA yet. The early admission deadline is in a few weeks. Does anybody know what kind of work sample that I need to qualify for the program? Or if I have another option such as an essay?

Thank You

The work sample is optional.

Although it’s optional, I was wondering about assignments that I am able to turn in. It seems like there will not be a high chance of getting accepted if I do not turn in a work sample. Have you been at the EPGY program?

Stanford EPGY is not competitive. As long as you can pay and aren’t flunking school, you’ll probably be accepted.

I have not attended, but my cousin did 4-5 years ago (can’t remember if she did the business course though). She also said the program didn’t seem to be competitive.

But if you’re an 8th grader, I’m not sure why you’d need to be asking this now. None of the business classes are open to current 8th graders.

Despite it being less competitive than other programs, it’s still very easy to be rejected from EPGY if sufficient effort is not put into the application. This is especially true for the Business & Entrepreneurship program.

I attended Topics in Business & Entrepreneurship 2 years ago, and for the supplement I just included some advertisements I had made. Be creative.
