Stanford, Ivies, UCs, etc. Chances for a Rising Senior

Here are my current stats (I'm a junior right now). I'm strongly considering the following colleges:

STANFORD SCEA, HYPM, Brown, Dartmouth, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, UC Davis, Washington University at St. Louis, Middlebury

Please evaluate my stats and be brutally honest. Also, if you could give me any advice, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Chinese American female (naturalized US citizen)
Currently a junior
California resident
Upper middle class ($130k-150k income bracket)
Prospective major: biology (premed route)
Will have amazing recs from chemistry teacher (science dept. head) and counselor (who deals with 500 students); good rec from English teacher (for 2 years); know this because they wrote me recs for summer programs. Probably an additional rec from the Stanford professor I'll be interning with this summer.

GPAs:
Freshman year: 4.0 UW
Sophomore year: 4.0 UW, 4.333 W
Junior year: 4.0 UW, 4.857 W
Never got below a solid A in high school, though some teachers don't show the A+s that I got, and took high school classes in middle school.
School doesn't rank, but if it did, I'd be 2/669.
We've had a tradition of 1 person going on to Stanford every year, and there are always at least one or two others who end up at amazing schools like Harvard, Princeton, etc. Our class (2007) is the most competitive in recent years.

Most rigorous curriculum available at competitive (though not insane) public school. Currently taking 3 APs and 3 honors classes. I plan for 5 APs for senior year.

TEST SCORES
SATI: 770 math, 800 critical reading, 800 writing
PSAT: 80 math, 80 critical reading, 78 writing
SAT Subject Tests:
MathIIC: 800
Chemistry: 800
French: 770
Literature: 750 (retaking in June)
AP European History: 5

Oh, and another award I forgot to list:

WHAT THE mycorrhizae?!

STANFORD SCEA : 50% chance I estimate
HYPM : Slight Reach
Brown : Match
Dartmouth : Match
UC Berkeley : Safe match
UCLA : Safe match
UC Irvine : Super Safety
UC San Diego : Safety
UC Davis : Super Safety
Washington University at St. Louis: Match

dont worry about it. You will have an easy, and yet great chance in getting in to one of those schools. Great stats and awesome job

i agree with flippy

What percentage do you define as a reach, a "slight reach," a match, and a "safe match" Flippy?

Btw, thanks for everyone's responses so far! :] If you have any advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Slight reach = 30-40%

Match = 50-60%

Safe Match = 70-80%

Safety = 90%

Super Safety = 99%

agree with flippy

dont worry, you got in

Thanks for all the responses so far. As a little tidbit of knowledge (I don't think it'll affect my college chances in any way), my school is in the 2nd lowest-funded school district in California by the government. However, since the area is pretty wealthy, a lot of the money for schools comes out of "mandatory donations" and local taxes.

I don't know... that 78 on PSAT writing might do you in.....

You've got a great shot.

I love it when people agree with me ^________^.

You've got a great shot at anywhere..you might want to relax a little bit (?just a suggestion..)

I suggest not retaking the literature SAT test... there's really no reason to

I think Brown and Dartmouth are reaches or slight reaches. WashU might be more of a macth (if you show decent interest). You've got a great chance at Berkeley and UCLA, so I agree. UCDavis and UCI I agree with. HYPM might be more of a regular reach rather than slight reach. I also agree that your Stanford chances are pretty decent.

You have amazing stats, good luck.

Thanks for all the responses. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances at HYPSM, Brown, and Dartmouth? Also, what are the weaknesses in my application?

Heh, your stats are really amazing, just keep being the best you can, and you'll end up at a great college, I'm certain.

chillaxin:

UCB/UCLA: Safe Match
UCSD: Safety
UCI/UCD: Safety

Heh, thanks again for all the responses!

To repeat myself again, I was wondering if you guys could point out the weaknesses in my application (yes, I know there are weaknesses) and give me some advice to make my application stronger. Thanks!
