<p>I don't think Harvard gives kids of grad school parents legacy status because that's just too many legacies in their long history. You have decent EC's and good test scores/GPA. And with the legacy, you probably have a better chance than most.</p>

<p>Stanford isn't that big on legacies. Like other prestigious schools, of course they take it into consideration (25% for legacies), but Stanford is nothing compared to Harvard (I believe it is 40% acceptance rate for legacies?) or other Ivy League schools.</p>
