Stanford: Question regarding scores (SAT/ACT)

Would I need to submit both my SAT and ACT+W scores to Stanford, or would it be possible if I just submitted all my ACT+W scores?

Please don’t reply with a “morally right” type of answer. I would like to know if what I suggested works.

Thank you to all who reply.

Here is Stanford’s score reporting policy:

“The ACT Plus Writing or the SAT (Critical Reading, Math and Writing) is required. Official scores from all test dates must be sent to Stanford directly from the ACT or the College Board (the reporting agency for the SAT) or both if the applicant has taken the ACT and the SAT. Applicants may not use the College Board’s Score Choice feature or “hide” any scores with either testing agency.”

What you have suggested does not work because it is not in compliance with the policy.

If you want to follow their policy, you have to send both SAT and ACT+W scores.

If you want to go by what “works” and disregard “morally right,” you can send either one.
