Stanford Summer College! (International student)

I’ve read some other posts about Stanford Summer college, but I still did not get satisfied with them, because they are very old.
So I’m an international student, I’m not american, not a native english speaker. My brother is currently studying at Stanford and he was trying to get me into this program, ever since i was 13, and now i’m 16, I’m already eligible. I started my application and I’m nearly done with it (deadline 1st of april for international students). But i still had some questions that were still left unanswered.
1-Is it ok if I got below 7 in the ietls test? since the minimum score is 7(actually, will they ever care about the score? from what i’ve read, they only care about money)
2- My marks are not really fantastic, in the 9th grade i got 94 out of 100 and in 10th, I got 91 out of 100, will it increase the rate of my acceptance?
3-Is it hard to get in? Knowing that I didn’t apply early for this program.
4-Is it REALLY worth it? aside from the money (I will stay with my brother, so it will be like 4k for the tuition and everything, excluding health insurance)

Please help…

I went to the Stanford Summer College Academy in summer 2014, as an international student.
I did learn some advance stuff from my course… Not sure if that’s the case for people in other courses. I guess it really depends on which course
Good american campus experience tho.

waste of time and money, just go to another program or volunteer. It sincerely would benefit more

i dont know really, choose it yourself but a volunteer job is more likely to get you into the reall stanfordd. Have an outstanding summer
