Stanford Teacher Rec help!!!

<p>This might be a really stupid question, but Stanford says "You should always download any forms directly from the Common Application website after you log in to your Common Application account so that your Common Application ID number appears at the bottom of each form you download." </p>

<p>So I hit "Print preview" in the Submit section, right? But the recommendation page is (obviously) not on there. So does that mean I can just send the teacher's evaluation on a generic teacher evaluation form (without my Common App ID on the bottom)? If not, where can I download the form with my ID on the bottom??</p>

<p>Go to the School Forms section. Under the teachers that you added to the school there should be links to download and print those forms.</p>

<p>I don't see anything. Can it be because I waived my right to access the recommendation?</p>

<p>Did you put in your teachers' email addresses when you added them to the School Forms section? You do that, and it sends an email to the teachers, and then they click a link in that email to say that they will submit paper forms. Then you return to the School Forms section and there should be links to download the forms that have the ID number.</p>

<p>So that's why. They have probably said that they are going to send them via Internet since there are a bunch of schools and only Stanford wants them in paper form.</p>
