Do any of you know about how the arts portfolio is submitted for transfer applicants?

This is the official site, though it states there are no available programs to submit for. Stanford’s website lists the deadline for transfer applicants to submit as 3/15, so it seems like it should be available.
Hey guys, I need some advice on the generic transfer essay. I’m writing a narrative with the second half talking about the reasons for transfer. Is this a good approach? I feel like focusing on myself is more natural/better than spending most of the 650 words on the college I am leaving.
@transferxcollege Your reasons for transferring don’t just have to be about what your current college lacks. Some tips: Offer specific reasons why you want to leave your current school.
Show how you’ve made the best of things in your current situation.
What do you want to do/be/study?
Outline how the new school (the one you’d like to transfer to) will help you realize your dream.
@neilsola thanks for replying. I’m drafting my essays about how I’ve matured and expanded my perspective from studying at a technical school to hopefully a university.

@transferxcollege For Stanford especially I would elaborate a bit further back than CC, even if only for a very brief section of the essay.

Hi everyone, has anyone gotten the required college report? I am a little confused on how to get that and what it is?
@Romeo233 It’s simply a form that assures you are in good standing at your school, plus sort of a mini-recommendation from a college official (dean of students etc.) I’ve yet to figure out exactly where the report is submitted, though.
Ok thank you let me know if you figure it out because I’d like to know also.
@Romeo233 @lookingxaround The form is on the Common App and for Stanford you have it sent by the person that fills it out to credentials@stanford.edu. Hope this helps!
@min517 Where on the Common App did you find the form? I can’t find it under any of the supplement categories (Recommendations, Questions, etc.)

Does anyone know what happens if I have to take a course online from a different college in my last quarter because the class isn’t offered at my college? I obviously don’t have a transcript from the other school yet, but will I need to send it in June when I have it? How does this affect the college official’s report?

LoR from Honors College director who has also been my professor for history, and also advisor for one of the clubs who can substantiate my achievements and also was my professor for government.

Joining the club along, honestly don’t even meet lots of the pre-reqs but as some said in the previous thread chance is 0% if we don’t apply so why not… Wishing you all luck and cannot thank the previous transfers enough for being kind with answers again this year. <3
@Snekfest What do you mean by not meeting the pre-reqs? There isn’t a very specific set of criteria for transfers as I can see. (We all have an equally poor chance here )
