Does anyone else think that starting and ending so late is pretty lame? I mean don't get me wrong I will be at UofC next year... But I would rather start school in August and end in May like all of the other schools.

Now for something relevant: the whole 3 vs. 4 classes thing. Since I am scared out of my mind about surviving academically should I start with only 3 classes?

... The problem with this is I want to Double Major in Econ/Psychology... Any suggestions?

I think schools that use the quarter system start and end late... correct me if I'm wrong, but don't schools like Northwestern and Stanford start and end around the same time as UofC?

I have no idea... I will take your word for it. That is just one TINY drawback I see with Chicago. Mostly because I don't want to wait SO long to move in...

Actually, I am! But I don't think I'll be fully excited until I graduate and all that jazz. But I'm pretty pumped about meeting all these cool people and stuff.

In regard to your 3 v. 4 classes, Chad, I think you should at least try four classes for the first couple weeks. You can drop any class by friday of the third week.

Yea Neapol1s that sounds like a sound plan. I generally work better when I have more on my plate.

But yea I am so damn excited for school!

I am going to hang out with one of my friends who lives downtown for a couple of days this weekend, and then off to the Chicago openhouse... I can't wait.
