<p>I wanted to get some insight about how the state department selects their interns for the summer.</p>
<p>I am applying for the summer of 2013 and I know which bureaus i want to work in.</p>
<p>Can anyone, especially those who were accepted, give some advice on writing the essay and what they look for?</p>
