<p>is there a website that shows how many students at various LACs are from different states?</p>

<p>for example, is there a site where I could find out what percent of the new freshman class at middlebury is from AZ? or what percent of the new freshman class at grinnell is from WA?</p>

<p>Although a year out of data, this fairly comprehensive report lists the states that are most representated at Middlebury (but doesn't give info for all states).</p>

<p>Hah, that's funny...Middlebury doesn't even list AZ. They only list about 15 states, the majority of them from the northeast, south east, or midwest, with a few from the west (like Colorado for example.)</p>

<p>Is this kind of information available on most college websites?</p>

<p>Yep. If you go to the school's search bar and type in "common data set" or "class profile", you can usually find the information you want.</p>
