Statistics

UCLA medical school requires statistics as a requirement (or highly recommended I'm not sure). So, if I take 5 quarter units worth of Statistics 10 at UCLA over the summer, will this satisfy the requirement?

What if I take 4 quarter units of Statistics 7 at UCI over the summer?

How many semester or quarter units satisfy this stats requirement?

another question. if i have ap stats credit, does that count...stats, imo, shouldn't even count as a real math class...don't want to waste time retaking this class (i only got elective credit at ucsd for ap stats)

either one is fine it think.

fyi, stat 13 is a complete joke at UCLA.

Does taking a stats course at an institute other than your home college look bad because stats is incorporated into your bcmp gpa?

it won't look too bad if u take it at UCI. just don't take it at a community college.

EDIT:nm

@bruinboy, nevermind?

Barring strange circumstances, summers are for extracurriculars and courses should be taken at your home school.
