Stats and Admissions Probability for Tranfer Student for Upcoming School Year 2021-2022

I am attending college at my state university this upcoming fall, I will have 15-18 credit hours beginning this fall and I plan on applying to colleges for transfer admissions for sophomore year onwards.

Originally, I applied to schools like Vanderbilt, Duke, Stanford, Georgetown, Princeton, Yale, Havard, knowing that the IVIES were quite of a stretch given my stats.

My following stats were:

ACT: 30
Superscored ACT: 32
SAT: 1440
High School GPA: 3.87 (unweighted), 4.23(weighted)

Took 7 APs: AP US History (4), AP Spanish Language (5), AP English Language and Composition (5), AP Physics (2), and I only have AP Statistics, AP US Government and Politics, and AP Microeconomics.

What would be recommended that I do, I plan on retaking the ACT in the fall as well to aim for a 34-35?

My plan is hopefully earning a 4.0 GPA in my Freshman year. I want to transfer because my college does not offer Women’s And Gender Studies, which is why I want to transfer to Vanderbilt.
