I can't find any info either here or there (Emory's website) about the requirements (either official or just as a matter of fact) for getting one of the scholarships.

Can someone help me? Are we talking 35 ACT or 32, for example?

There are a few different scholarship levels offered, but I'd say more toward the 35 end. 32 is only marginally better than the college average. It seems most scholars have 1500+ SAT, or 1550+ for the top scholarships, but I don't know if they release exact numbers.

jmw, I should have said that mostly I would like to have the "perks" of the Scholars program (small classes, special events, etc.). Of course the $ would be good too but I htink I read on the Emory site that all people with whatever level of the scholarships get to be in the scholars program. But somebody please tell me if I am wrong.

scholars don't have special classes. almost all classes at emory are small, regardless of scholar status. the scholars program is not an honors program and the benefits are mostly outside the class (picking housing first, scholars events, etc.). To get these 'perks' you have to be a scholar finalist and they typically have the stats already mentioned.
