Stats Now Showing UCR as being more selective than UCSC for freshmen

@lbc

I can guarantee I look better than you, I’m taller than you, smarter than you, and 9.99 times out of 10 I could smash any girl you were even thinking about saying hello to. I’m everything you’re not. u jelly?

why u mad?

brb taking things said online seriously
brb being proud to go to UCR
brb studying for my ochem test

lolwat?

not a single **** was given that day

and btw UCR sucks…lettuce be real tea.

Misc brah, take your lingo where it belongs, you=fail ■■■■■. Would neg if I could
Quit kidding yourself, you’re a manlet with a below average sized ****

Oh god, I forgot that everyone here goes to ****ing Oxford and Harvard. Seriously.

Please, ucr is a joke. So what if we’re community college students? I for one was accepted to ucr without even applying. They just sent me a package saying they’d like to have me blah blah. Maybe my stats weren’t good enough in high school to get me into a top tier UC but I had too much pride to amount to ucr. And I can bet I got a better education in a CC than some of my high school friends did at riverside. All in all, ucr is called the school of rejects for a reason, no one cares about it and no one wants to go there and that’s that.

Lol you like knockin others down to make yourself feel better?

Thats kinda sad.

Let’s not feed the ■■■■■■.

I’m looking forward to seeing how UCM will progress.

LOL jvesco…
+1 for trying

also, its about the motion of the ocean, not the length of the ship. but the width of the ship is a different story entirely.

i hope we all learned something here today. go ucr!

lmao at this thread. ucr isn’t the best, but i know for a fact that you get a better education from ucr than any cc.

LOL at people who are bashing harshly on UCR. Just found out they are all CC students who desperately want to transfer to a UC school. Too bad none of the UC schools will accept you with that kind of attitude. Because that’s what happened to Alexandra Wallace.

alexandra wallace got rejected by UCR.

I don’t get it. Why is it always the CC students that show immaturity in this community? Seriously, what are they learning from CC? Does CC teach them how to devalue others and put them down? I have friends in Berkeley and they always complain about having transfer students there because they are so grossly subpar, rude, immature, likes to compare things, and doesn’t know how to use mannerism. UC’s seriously should stop accepting those ignorant students who are taking easy classes at CC to get A’s.

UCR is a nice decent school guys, grow up already.

Stay classy, GradSchool0923.

People on college confidential are so obsessed with rankings. People seem to think that merely getting into a top school == college success as opposed to doing well whatever school you go to. It greatly frustrates me because here is a group of people who would like to be seen as “intellectuals” yet they are mindlessly clinging to ratings. As helpful as I sometimes find this board, sometimes the people on here seem little different than the vapid people whose minds are consumed mostly with buying the name brand clothes and makeup to “amplify” their appearance and image to others. It is all so…empty.

Anyway, from what I’ve heard, UCR has made a lot of strides over the years.

The hate is absurd. Their professors are awesome. Do people forget that the top schools didn’t start at the top?

Trust me, the only people that give a sh-t about ratings are students, and if that is all that matters to you, it really sucks to be you.
