<p>I know the level competition I'm up against, but can someone give me some specific numbers on what these firms are looking for?</p>

<p>go to IU's investmnet banking workshop and view the resumes posted on that site............... everyone's gpa is above 3.8
however, if you go to a better recruited school, you don't need that kind of super super high gpa. something around 3.7 is usually good enough.</p>
<p>^Very true, you should also show leadership and maybe even get a job somewhere before you even apply for the internship.</p>
