<p>My message of "in review" has been the same since 3/7.
However, yesterday, the "Status last updated" date changed to 3/19.
Does that mean a decision has been made? </p>
<p>Yikes! This feels so ......final, for lack of better words. I guess my daughter's fate is now sealed and it's just a matter of waiting for the decision.</p>
<p>Mine changed to In Review on the 12th, but the date did not change till the 18th. Today I got my acceptance and it's postmarked the 18th, so maybe so! Good luck!</p>

<p>My status was stuck in: "We have received and are currently reviewing your application. We recommend you check here occasionally for an update on the status of your application" from 28 january but it changed yesterday to :
"Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don't receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th." i am international which means i was never in preliminary review and i applied by the scholarship deadline. i am also very anxious to get my decision since usc is my top choice. plz tell me what do you think this status change means.....</p>

<p>Mine was changed from "received fall grades" to "reviewing blah blah blah" on 3/18 and I just checked and the date changed to 3/19...either the review committee works at hyperspeed or hated my app. :/</p>
<p>I think BasilofBakerSt also had the date change on the same date as his acceptance letter, just like Winfrey. So this could be good news! My son's went into review around 3/7, but the date still says 12/13, so nothing to get excited about here :(</p>

My son's went into review during the first week of March also, but the date still says 12/19. Very discouraging and makes you wonder about the process.</p>

<p>My d is getting annoyed with me as well; I ask her once a week about her status; I'm done as of this morning; April 1st is very soon; The letter will be here before we know it....</p>

<p>rainmama: My D has left it up to me to check statuses. When I commented about how calm she is about all this, she replied that if she thought about it all the time, she would go crazy. I am glad I can do the "going crazy" part for her.</p>
<p>mpebbles - i was going to ask if other kids were so "calm" about the process as mine is. it seems like I am the nervous one in my house. she got her online aceptance in another school this week (yes. I was the one who checked) and she is yet to even go there. Her attitude is we can look at everything in 2 weeks and make a final decision.</p>

<p>pebbles and cupksdad - my son is utterly calm about all this, too. He told me he plans to get nervous in 2 weeks, and in the meantime, he'll just enjoy life.</p>
