<p>Will you be in community college more than 3 years just to get into a UC's or move on and settle for less?</p>

<p>I’m gona have to stay at LAVC for 3 years because I have to complete both, GEs and lower divisions, in order to apply to UCLA, UCB, and UCSB as a comp. sci. student. Persue your dream, my friend!</p>

<p>Since I don’t have patience I’d settle for something a little less(like say, ucsd instead of ucla) because I don’t like the community college atmosphere and want to get out of here as soon as possible.</p>

<p>I spent 3 years to get into Berkeley at one CC. Although I also spent 7 years prior to that floating around other CCs.</p>
