Staying at Bowles Hall

So when I found out that I was going to live in Bowles I was pretty dissapointed; it wasn't even one of my top 5 choices. I was just wondering, for all of you living at Bowles in the fall (or previous residents), did you pick Bowles, or did you get stuck with it?

If you did pick it, why?

I heard some wicked parties go on there.

Just because it's an all boys dorm doesn't mean women can't enter....or maybe I'm wrong...whatever...

Bowles was my fifth choice. I curse my lottery number. I'll try to make the best of the experience.

Or at least used to anyway. The university has made Bowles freshmen only, and has started to heavily clamp down on the fraternization that goes on around there. It's just not the same anymore...

well Im stuck with bowles too, but you already knew that smallz - hey as long as there is a pool table we'll survive. i also vote to try and up that party reputation again

^ Sounds good to me!

I heard there was a pool hall on SHattuck, But I dnt know where, whether it's close to the campus or a ways away.

im pretty sure i went into that one after cal day but you had to be 21. oh well...we should start a billiards decal - that would be awesome

I say we begin by starting some sort of underground gambling ring involving the aforementioned billiards table and various poker games.

sounds like a solid plan...

The only problem, and the reason why I wanted to go to the pool hall, is because all the pool tables I've seen at Cal aren't regulation siza, they're the smaller ones. O well.

then we'll all be a lot better than we usually are...of course when i go back home I wont be worth a damn. O well.

yea...
Of course, i'm not too good to begin with, so I guess I'll just have to see.
