Please write out the most grossly generalized stereotype of THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT here.

(I am an intl myself, but I have been studying in the States for quite a long time. So I'd say I'm naturally a little different from you guys - so to say a ton of EC's, low SAT scores, no need for FA. I've got nice essays and heart-warming recs, but I guess everyone has that?? What would be a good way for me or anyone to distinguish themselves among the international pool? "Standing out" is always good for every applicant in this forum, so lets discuss the general intl student and figure it out!! :) )
