Stern Freshman Taking Questions

Hey guys,
I was in the same position as all of you last year and this site helped me out alot, so I am willing to give back and offer help with questions/concerns from prospective freshman.
So ask away!

is there a better chance if you are the only person in your school to apply to nyu ed.

Nope. Now, maybe the only person in your state...

Ooh sorry I'm invading someone else thread my bad...

Ooh sorry I'm invading someone else's thread my bad...

haha no worries....the more views the better right?
i don't think they take that into consideration....unless you are from a relatively unrepresented state cough iowa cough

In my high school, about 7 people applied ED into Stern and 4 were accepted. The three that were rejected, however, just had mediocre applications. I guess it would be fair to say that being the only one who applied/applies from you school eliminates initial competition among peer applications from the same school.
