Stern or NYU's liberal arts college?

I'm a senior in high school and am not sure about my chances to get into either of these colleges. I love business but am not positive if I could get into the Stern school. I've posted my stats below, and after looking at them, I'd appreciate it if I got anyone's opinion on what school I should apply to.

Number of Advanced Courses Taken in High School: 11 (My school does not offer AP classes)

GPA: 3.6 (unweighted)... 3.9 (weighted)

SAT: 2150 (when combining my best scores from the three times I've taken it)... 2100 (best combined score of one test)

EC's: Captain and co-founder of the chess club, Captain and co-founder of the crew team, Captain of a Juvenile Diabetes Walk to Cure team, Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track member who set numerous school sprint records (and won medals) with my relay team.

Work Experience: I've had three business-related internships in the past 3 years. They have been working as a software developer for Phoneportals.com, designing photo albums for ImageMakers photography, and doing competitive analysis for IAC (a huge internet conglomerate which owns Ask.com and is based in New York). Plus, my boss at IAC wrote me an amazing rec.

Like I said before, any feedback on my chances of getting in Regular Decision relative to the rest of Stern's applicant pool is greatly appreciated. Also, is it true that NYU's admission office can transfer a student's application from one of its colleges to another if it thinks that college would be a better fit? A rumor I heard is that the admission office can, so I wouldn't be locked into Stern if I applied there, but I'm wanting some confirmation.

bump......
