Sticker shock! Cost of attendance from financial award letters.

<p>University of Utah is listed with in state tuition, and that’s not possible unless you get the Western Undergraduate Exchange giving you in state tuition. It’s highly competitive only offered to a small percentage of those who apply. Otherwise you have to live in Utah for the summer following your freshman year to get in state. So out of state comes in close to $40,000</p>

<p>I’m on a portable device so can’t edit but for example, the top of the most recent list shows Florida State, Utah and Cal State Fullerton in state costs. These schools’ costs for out of state were shown on the previous list and are significantly higher. We should include the OOS also in this listing of least to most expensive also, to make sure it is clear. </p>

<p>I think we should vvnstar. That OOS can be a deal breaker and I’ve found a lot of state schools to don’t seem to offer much financial aid - I could be wrong but for us it’s been that way.</p>

<p>Wow, looking over this list I am cringing. These prices are unbelievable seeing them listed like this. Thank goodness for merit aid! </p>
