It says that my financial aid is still incomplete but I already sent all my documents to a counselor before the deadline. The counselor is Ann quade and she told my she has received my documents and I am not late. Its been almost a month since I've sent it and I've been emailing her couple times lately and she still hasn't replied back to my emails. Should I be worried? It also says that I am on hold for fall registration because I do not have the required needs to register for my classes (UCR orientation) and that I should talk to my advisor about it. The thing is, I haven't even been assigned a advisor yet so what am I suppose to do? Who should I call from UCR to fix my problems about all this?

1) You won’t be able to register for classes until you attend Highlander Orientation…Don’t worry about classes yet.
2) If your counselor has told you that all your necessary documents have been received, don’t fret. Our amazing state government is still deciding on how to allocate all the aid to incoming and returning students.

Well I currently don’t have a counselor assigned to me. I just went on their webpage and sent emails to all of the counselors and I was lucky enough to have one of them reply back to me. She told me that I turned it in on time but my account shows that I am still missing the same stuffs… It’s officially over a month since I’ve sent it.

The finaid office receives tons of paperwork this time of year, so they might have received everything but haven’t updated your GROWL yet. But you can call the Financial Aid office at 951-827-3878 if you want to make sure your app is complete.
