AND im OOS. I guess i just keep pushing it off but now im about 3/4 done with application and if i keep up my current pace maybe ill have it done by mid october, but i feel as if ive missed my window of opportunity for applying to michigan. Ive always heard how much easier it is if you apply earlier and i feel like i missed the boat.

by the way, i have a 3.93 umich GPA and a 33 ACT. With that in mind, how much do you think my chances have gone down by not applying before october?

With your stats, applying earlier will only help your chances with landing a scholarship. That is not to say you will get a scholarship, but your chances of getting a scholarship if you apply after October aren't as good. As for your chances, I'd say they are good.

That's correct, but generally speaking, students who apply after October aren't even considered for scholarships. That's not the rule, but it is generally the case.

You are in. The only reason to apply ASAP would be scholarships, but you are not very likely to get anything significant OOS anyway (typically ACT 34-35 are needed).

I doubt there's any significant advantage, even for scholarship consideration, for turning in the University of Michigan application at the beginning of September as supposed to around Holloween because at the admissions session I attended, the UM lady said the admissions officers won't start reviewing applications till mid-October. So relax, but DEFINITELY apply by Thanksgiving at the very latest to be safe!!!

haha ok thanks guys, im still working on it but it just seems like we have an away match every day of the week, and i wish i could make "extra time" to do stuff like the app, but unfortunately i cant
