I might be the officially the lastest person to receive the decision. I waited for another week after april 1st to see if Fed-Ex arrived, and nope, nothing. I sent an email to the admissions today. I'm pretty sure it's a bad news, since my friends who got accepted already got their packets.

Everyone who got accepted to URochester, congrats!

Still nothing here either. I called em last monday and they said that they were about to send a letter via fedex within the next day or two. I haven’t received anything at all though. I was at least hoping for an email from Fed-ex saying that they are delivering a package. From Pakistan btw. Where are you from?

My assumptions for the time being: I am rejected and they don’t send rejection letters via Fed-ex and hence why it is taking so long to arrive.

We are based in the US and have no intimation either. The Admissions Director promised to give us an update last week but did not even call back. They seem to be more concerned about other matters than responding to applicants. They just don’t have their act together. Extremely unprofessional.

What they do not realise is that kids spend so much time & effort in an application. Besides now is the time to make comparisons and decide.
We lost an opportunity to apply to another university…thats a BIG deal

I emailed the admissions office and said my address in their data base was wrong, so they are sending the packet/mail again.

@ahsanxr: probably I’m rejected too. That’s why they do not bother to notify me since it is a rejection mail anyways.
