<p>I know this has been discussed several times but I kinda feel like I'm one of the only applicants left in this situation... I submitted my app on October 31st, everything has been downloaded but I have not received any PIN number yet. Is it normal?</p>
<p>I just got the email a few minutes ago and I sent my app in an hour before the deadline on November 1st.
My guess is that everyone will have them in a few days :]</p>
