Didja hear that USC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lemme INNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

don't worry, you'll get in. If not I'll get a job at the admissions office and make sure you get in!

I figure if I click the Log In button on Explore enough they'll let me in.

maybe that's why I was accepted! keep clicking!!

Over 10,000 clicks and they have to accept you. They just feel too bad.

I wish.

i wanna go to USC so badly its just that if i get in i dont know how i will be able to aford it, even though its just that awesome i would still go even if i had to pay 40K i heard they offer good financial aid!

i can log onto explore usc, but no mail yet...i'm starting to freak out

I understand that letters to all applicants will have been mailed by next Tuesday and/or should be received by next Friday or Saturday.

I was able to log into the website this morning and my daughter was accepted to USC! YIPPEE! I'm not going to tell her though since she is the one who "technically" should find out first. She has now gotten into UCLA and USC and wants to major in neuroscience. Any opionions as to which college she should choose? We will be visiting both of course.

congrats momoney's daughter! Zelda, don't freak out, honestly, if you can log on to explore, you're admitted. It took like 3 days after I was able to log on to explore before I got my acceptance package.

...and i STILL can't log in. i don't need false hope. REJECTED!!

momoney - come on now, this one is easy ... USC for sure, period

but seriously, USC is definitely a school on the rise, just look at USC's SAT scores from the past 5 years, they have gone up dramatically, since i have been here (i am a sophomore), usc's average SAT scores have passed Berkley and UCLA and we are pumping even more money into the school, bottom line, go to USC

ohhh and, dont tell your daughter that you found out first, my mom did the EXACT same thing and it really took a lot of the fun of finding out

usc's avg sat scores have passed cal and ucla b/c they allow you to take the best scores from different sittings

I think she will lean towards USC, but we have to visit both. In the end, it will be her decision (well, depending on financial aid). She also has a few other pending decisions out there and really, really hopes to receive a few more offers. Either way, she has a couple of great ones right now so I'm very happy for her.

p.s. I'm sooooo mad I could kick myself. I told her. AARRGGHH!! How is a parent suppose to keep something so exciting to themselves??? She was soooo happy. I will never do it again! never, never, never..........The rest are hers to open. :)

hahah... was she mad at you?

(btw-my bff got a rejection letter today)

rejection letters are being sent out already........wow i hope i get in

caligirl: I'm sorry to hear about your bff. As her friend, that's a tough spot to be in, I know. Do you live in norcal?

Yes, at first she was mad. She was like MOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! Why do you do this? And I said I'm sorry, but guess what? Then I told her and she screamed and said, "you're kidding?" And I said no, and then she was okay with it, but asked that I not do it again. So I said okay.

Sorry about your bff......I'm sure she will get other offers that will fit her perfectly. You just have to be there for her right now to pick up the pieces. This whole process is not easy (for students and parents.)

did anyone else get rejected .......

Not yet...still no mail.
