Still Waiting for ELI ACCOUNT???

<p>So I submitted my application in the middle of October (specifically the 15th), but I still haven't had any contact from Yale. All of my schools have sent me those "thank you for applying" letters, but nothing from Yale.</p>

<p>They said to wait until the 20th, and I did, but I've been calling on a daily basis since then, and I've been getting the "call back tomorrow" response. I'm not trying to be a bother, I just want to ensure that my application was received (which doesn't sound so great right now).</p>

<p>About a week ago, I sent an email to the admissions office explaining my dilemma, but still no response.</p>

<p>Any ideas/advice? Please help.</p>

<p>Did you check your spam folder? I know yahoo particularly likes sending mail from harvard to spam. Or maybe you used a different email address? Why don’t you try to find the receipt from commonapp confirming you sent your app+supplement. I don’t really know what more you can do other than wait for admissions to get back to you. :/</p>

<p>Yeah, there must have been a snafu. I submitted mine one day before deadline and I got my account one and a half weeks earlier.</p>

<p>I JUST got mine tonight, not even today, but seriously, like 30 min ago. It took me 2 emails (sent 2 weeks ago), and I never got a response to them either, just got the Eli email. Dont bother emailing,just call them. Gosh, sooooo freaking irresponsible. Never had htis problem with Stanford!</p>
