Stony vs UB

Hey guys I am a second year mech engineering student transferring and the two schools I am choosing in between is Stony and UB. I have not yet visited them but will in the following week, however statiscally I wanted to know which one is better or more suitable for my major. I tried to look online and usually just find a tie or stony better for biomedical and CS cause of its research whereas UB is better for civil because of its facilities. Can someone help me for mechanical engineering. Thank you
