<p>Specifically under the bed after installing bed risers. Want to figure out what I need to purchase storage wise that will fit. Also if there are sites that list what is good to bring and not to bring for your first year in the dorms. Thanks!</p>
<p>Just got back from orientation. They said the bed risers give you about 4-6 inches of room. So I think im getting the plastic bins that can slide under the bed that way.</p>

<p>Many dorms have bedframes with extension legs, so you can make the bed any number of heights. My son’s had a small set of drawers under it (he livesin North). There’s also some move-in videos fpr Penn State, just search for them on YouTube</p>
<p>Thanks for the info greenbutton. My D first request was North Halls because she is a design major and is looking into the A&A SLO there. I will wait until after the 22nd to try to figure the space issue</p>
