So currently I am a Junior in AB Calculus, I made a jump from regular Pre-Cal which I got a B+ in but my basics in Algebra lack and now I currently failing Calculus with a 45 and it is the first grading period and now it’s too late to switch to stastics so the only two options I have is either to take Physical Education or stick with Calculus and I was thinking to take P.E and build up my algebra basics on the side with tutoring and take a try at it again next year as a senior without risking my gpa in junior year is this the right descision?
Our calculus teachers make a point of having tutoring every single day after school. Does yours do this and if so…have you gone and asked for help?
I have a one on one tutoring and I do my hw everyday but I still struggle on the test mostly due to careless mistake but my teacher said that it only gets harder and harder
Calm down and take matters into your own hands. I heavily suggest a khan academy marathon for a basic run-through of the material you are covering now, and then seeing what you have trouble with and refreshing your memory of that. On tests, take your time(Unless it’s timed) and try not to overthink. Study hard, but get plenty of sleep the night before.
