Student already studying in the USA wanting to Transfer, need school with full-ride

<p>Hey guys, I'm currently attending a college in the USA. The school is awful though. I really don't like it. I have to find a college though that gives a full ride or that limits the total costs of EVERYTHING together to about 15k (give or take 1-2k) A YEAR (not just per semester).</p>

<p>I'm about to finish my first year of undergrad studies. I'm on my way to about a 3.6, probably, this semester which will give me a 3.2qpa for my year total.</p>

<p>I'm a brazilian student if that matters.</p>

<p>I just need any list of colleges that give out full-rides. I try looking online and nothing i look for works. Do any of you know of ANY schools that will? (obviously ivy-leagues are out of hte question...)</p>

<p>Full rides are very limited and being international gives you less chances; additionally, being a transfer student will limit it even more. Any chance of joining clubs to make your life there bearable?</p>
