<p>When I log into myUB and click on view student balance it comes up as $0.00. I have registered for 14 credits, the health insurance and the meal plan so I'm just curious as to why it is coming up like this?</p>
<p>Am I viewing it incorrectly? Where is every charge listed out?( e.g. tuition, room and board, meal plan, student fees, health insurance)</p>
<p>And where are the rewards, grants and loans listed out as well? I did get a letter but is it anywhere online where I can compare with the costs?</p>
<p>Can anyone help me with this? I'd like to straighten it out before I have to pay a late fee after tuesday.</p>
<p>It literally only displays the balance if you owe them…if they owe you, it will still read 0. If the balance due online is 0, they likely owe you a refund. You should have received a bill in the mail (ours came several weeks ago) that will detail all the charges, payments received, and credits and will display the actual balance. Afaik, you can’t pull up that letter online but you can call BIRD and listen to your financial aid awards (no charges or payments given there either). </p>
<p>Make sure you keep a copy of the bills you get from UB…very handy to have at tax time as the 1098’s they issue are not necesssarily accurate! If you’ve lost it, you’ll have to reconstruct your costs - dorm charges and meal plan are pretty easy to figure out. Idk what health insurance is, but my kid’s bill lists tuition @ 2485 for full-time, activity fee @ 94.75, and comprehensive fee @ 988. Hope that helps!</p>
<p>I didn’t get a bill in the mail but I only registered for classes earlier this week. I’m just confused because I am yet to pay ANYTHING except the tuition deposit.</p>
<p>Have you received a financial aid award letter? It should have been sent shortly after your acceptance. It’s possible that they haven’t calculated your charges yet if you recently deposited. Did you accept your awards? I would call or email the SRC tomorrow morning…or both!</p>
<p>I deposited weeks ago and accepted awards weeks ago as well. I guess I will give them a call today.</p>
