student educational planner?

in the orientation section of myucla, there an educational planner thing. do we need to fill this up before enrolling in a orientation session? because its asking for my us history grades and i dont have my 2nd sem grade yet.

I signed up for an orientation date without finishing it. Still got a confirmation.

ok, thanks. guess i can just finish it later

Ignore this post. But if you can't:
So, I had a question, but found the answer, and then couldn't delete the post.

You can definitely go back to update it, but yeah....you can leave some blanks if they don't necessarily apply to you. :)

That planner was a monster! It takes a while to do, even if you try to rush through it... I think it was you Michelle who was talking about the major questions for transfer students... I did not delete my answer, but things like those for those of us who are transfers are pointless.

oh, definitely, that was me. I just thought it was funny at the time to ask us transfers about proposed majors since we had already taken two years to complete the major prep. lol Oh well.....perhaps they'll revamp it in time.

That's the question I went back and looked at... My response is basically that I like my major because I've already done all the lower requirments for it... Not the best answer but hey, it's honest.

Does anyone know it's purpose? Like, who's going to read it?

It was late at night when I began filling it out, and I just wanted to get through it, sign up for orientation, then go to bed. I was so tired, I wrote like, 2 word answers. In one question, when they asked me how I felt about coming to UCLA, I wrote, "like ice cream on a hot summer day." haha...so I hope it won't actually be used for anything too serious...

Lol...I don't think I even filled mine out last year...

haha, darkling. I put "pretty good" for that one, and "supported" for the one about how you feel about how your parents feel. I hope these aren't taken too seriously.
