<p>Hi,guys! I'm a mechanical engineering student from Rutgers, New Brunswick. It has always been one of my dreams in life to study abroad in Taiwan. (Well, not "dream" but one of the things to do before I die). However, Rutgers doesn't offer any study abroad programs to Taiwan.. : ( </p>
<p>I did some research and I find out some universities such as UCLA and Berkeley offer engineering programs for studying abroad in Taiwan. </p>
<p>1.May you guys recommend what other universities offer engineering studying abroad programs in Taiwan? (Preferably from an "above-average" university or a prestigious university.) </p>
<ol>
<li>And may you guys explain how the studying abroad process from other universities work? (Do I just talk to my counselor about the program?) </li>
