Anyone know of any supplements to help with studying?? vitamins or minerals?

i eat cookies works evrytime for me

I have one of those memories where I can either continuously repeat something or just look at it for a few seconds. but i have never taken suppliments to help study, just coffee to stay awake.

Yeah, I tried all these basic things except alcohol - A depressant is stupid, lol.

ummmm... I can't think of anything except don't try any energy drinks

Brew some black tea and let it steep for at least 20-25 minutes, reheat, and drink.

SUPER caffeinated

thx for the responses! i came across this website when i was searching google: Focus Fast

any hear bout this?

oh, oh JESUS, you scared me! I thought you meant that studying gave you AIDS! Don't scare people like that, please clear up your thread topics.

what's to clear up? studying can't give aids so what's the difference??

red bull! but don't bank on it too much because it has a caffeine content that is excessively high and will affect your heart rate.... id say stick with cookies and milk :) OR Snyder's Jalapeno Pretzels, the best snacks in the world! They'll sting your senses!

Thanks for the advice! anyone else?

sometimes i also like to drink some fluids... get my blood running yknow

I usually down some vitamin waters or hit the gym at a random time half way through my study sesh

Good advice! I ended buying Focus Fast... I'll see how it goes.

Listen to white noise, drink fish oil, and eat tofu. Works for my cat....

im not a cat, lol!

You can do it healthy or you can do it dirty,

Healthy:
FocusFast - Improve memory, attention, and focus

Dirty:
Caffeine (cup of small black coffee every so often)
Simple Sugar (cookies, donuts, nice and dirty and high glycemic)
Taurine (Buy it at a health store)
Glutamine (same as above)
Nicotine (Smokes - thats right, if you smoke you have an advantage lol)

These are all CNS stimulants that help with memory retention.

or sometimes i lsten to musci... helps quite alot u know :)

x2 to the music!

Well, classical music ... from the studies brought up in Psych it was classic music that helps engagement and memory retention iirc
