Studying 10 hours a DAY?

Hey I am taking the SAT on Jan 22, so I have ~1 month to study. I have been on break just relaxing and playing a lot of sports and hanging out with friends, so for the past 5 days I have studied around 2~3 hours a day for SAT and raised my score from ~2000 to 2100 level (only one practice test). If I really commit myself for the next 12 days of my remaining break and during the beginning of school, do you think I can hit 2300? I have the motivation to study 10 hours, I went to 2 days no sleep to get all A's in 6 AP, you think it will work (I will just do 2 practice tests a day - from the 10 that college board gives in the book and the 9 online)

That seems excessive – stick to 1 a day at most, and make sure you go over the test right after you take it (perhaps right after you take each section). You can reach 2300 in 12 days if you prepare, but make sure you sleep also…

Plan so that you don’t study the day before. Go see a movie; go out with friends; relax. You don’t want to be drained and worn out for the actual test.

Yeah I was just thinking over break, and then moderately over the school year (20 days of moderate testing) I was thinking (4hr test + 1 hour review)x2 = 10 hours.

Rather than taking 2 entire tests in each day, I would suggest 1 test and then a hard focus on your weakest area(s). You need to focus your time where it is needed. You don’t want to waste time on areas where you are already proficient.
