Studying in Spain

Hi everyone!
I’m studying hardware computer engineering in Iran, and I was planning to move to Spain. I have a series of questions & it would mean a lot if you helped.

  1. Are there English teaching university or colleges? Or English teaching is only for PHD and Master degree?
  2. What are some cities that have good universities yet the cost of living is not high?
  3. Say I finish my degree in Spain, will I be able to find a job there?
  4. Will your answer to the previous question change if my degree is pharmaceutical or computer engineering?

Hey I am from Barcelona and about the first question I can tell you that there are some good English teaching universities here. In Barcelona we have the European University and the International University which are both taught in English. I know that in Madrid and Sevilla they have kind of the same ones.
