Stupid mistake

I have a question.
When I submitted the Common App and the supplement, I think I got a bit carried away and ticked the NO option under the "Would you like to schedule an interview?". I say I got a bit carried away because I imagined there couldn't be any Tufts alum in my country who would conduct the interview. Anyway, I noticed there's an Update Application link in TAMS. I've used it (a while ago, about the first weeks of January) to change the No to Yes, but there hasn't been any change.
Any feedback on this would be most welcome. Thanks!

Don't sweat it, the consensus on this and other boards is that, except in extreme cases, alumni interviews have NO impact on your decision. IMO they are more of a recruiting tool, allowing the university to give applicants the chance to talk to someone who actually went there and can do a bit of a sales job for the university. I always smile when I see alumni who graduated from the university 30 years earlier at info sessions. Exactly how are they qualified to provide ANY opinion on the current state of affairs at the school? Most of them would have zero chance of getting accepted today if they applied with the same credentials as 30 years ago.

Yeah, i know the interview doesn't carry too much weight in the application process, but I'm just thinking that a downright refusal to be interviewed might put the admission officers at Tufts on guard or something. I'm just worried they'll think I'm antisocial. Anyway, thanks for your post. If there are other opinions, please don't refrain from posting. Thanks :-)

I'm PMed you. I'm having the same problem.
