<p>If you get a limo for prom.. your prom lasts for six hours.. the companies make you purchase the limo for the entire prom time.. why the hell do you have to pay for that entire duration when they're doing NOTHING!!</p>
<p>Because you take up the use of that limo for the 6-hour block. They can't really go anywhere else with it and get more business, because it goes anywhere you want at any time.</p>
<p>besides who goes to prom that early anyway....</p>
