<p>?? nothing feels right.</p>
<p>Well, if you can, find the admissions counselor for your region. If you can't... then yeah, something like Dear XXXXX Admissions Office or something. I dunno, I don't think it really matters that much at this point.</p>
<p>Dear Admissions Officer:</p>
<p>I usually start off with Dear Admissions Office, or Dear Office of Undergraduate Admissions, or Dear Office of Admissions (whatever the admissions office is called). However, if I have an e-mail for someone on the adcom as the reference for the entire admissions office, then I would address it to that person.</p>
<p>I just say "Hello" and then proceed onto my question/problem...</p>
