Subject Tests? To Send or not to send.

I just got my June 2011 subject test scores. 730 Math II, 670 Chem.
I am a straight A student in both the subjects, and am not too happy with myself.
I want to go into engineering (go figure), and I will retake both on the October 1st date.
My questions is this:
I will apply to Stanford University REA, but also with an Arts Supplement, which makes my deadline October 15th, WAY to early to be able to send my new scores (if I even want to). Stanford "recommends" taking two tests, but should I sent these scores? I already have slim chances (like most), and I don't want to hurt them.

More info:
34 composite ACT, five music classes, Cum Laude Society, Nationally recognized piano player, OML winner, karate for 9 years, Sound Chair in theater.
Projected 5 on AP English test, 4 on Chem test.
I'd like to think I have average chances, and just want to know how much sending/not sending sub-par scores will affect me.

Thank you!

TL;DR: Should I send these scores to Stanford, or not send anything?
