<p>FREE JANUARY RENT and only a $50 application fee!! 4/2 apartment. $509 with cathedral ceilings, utilities included and a reserved parking space directly in front of the apartment(this is usually an additional fee). You can walk to the stadium, Heritage Grove and even campus from The Players Club. Let me know if you are interested. Again, you'd only have to pay $50 total before your financial aid disbursement as the January rent is already paid for you. Lease term January - July 2013. Female applicants only.</p>
