Submit ACT or SAT or both?

I know my question is similar to this one:
35 ACT vs 2280 SAT
<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1662184-35-act-vs-2280-sat.html#latest">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1662184-35-act-vs-2280-sat.html#latest</a></p>

But mine concerns are different, though.

At first, here are some of my D's stats:
SAT I - 2190 (670, 770, 750)
ACT - 35 (36, 36, 34, 32, so precisely, it's 34.5. Plus 10 - writing)
SAT II: Math II - 800, Bio/M - 800.
Female, Asian Amercian

My D is aiming Princeton, Brown, and Duke.
Questions:
1) Is SAT I 2190 good enough for Ivies, Duke and the ones alike? If not, can she not submit it? I heard that colleges require you to submit all the scores. is it true?
2) I heard that if someone is going to submit ACT, then s/he cannot submit SAT II, because if you selected ACT, then there is no space for you to submit SAT II. Is this true?

Thanks.

Forgot one thing: SAT I essay - 8, which is very poor.

She did fine. She can submit all scores at no detriment. SAT 1, SAT II and ACT. Your 2nd question is incorrect. You can send whatever you want.
