<p>sorry if this is annoying, but I am confused yet again.</p>
<p>For upenn, can I only submit my financial stuff AFTER submitting the actually common app application? There is a supplemental form I have to fill up, and to do so, I have to login with a penn username/password I do not have.</p>
<p>Also, to submit the actual financial aid stuff, they want me to submit a cover sheet, and on the coversheet they require a Penn ID (that I do not have)</p>
<p>So assuming that I do not have all the ID information, does this mean that I can only submit financial stuff AFTER submitting the actual app?</p>
