Submitted App with Wrong Graduation Year.

Hey,

I submitted an early action app a few weeks back to a top school but just now realized that I put 2012 instead of 2013 as my graduation year... It's pretty obvious from the rest of my application that I am still in high school and am a senior this year, but should I be concerned? Will this be a cause for rejection? What should I do (decisions are probably wrapping up this week)?

Thanks for the help...

Call or email the admissions office tomorrow and explain the situation. Simple as that.

"Will this be a cause for rejection? " C’mon. It’s a typo that has no bearing on your file. Plus your transcript will show your current standing. Plz relax

Just overworrying myself, sorry. When my mom starts freaking out about these little details, it starts to make me freak out a little too, though I’m a lot calmer than her. Just wanted to make sure this wasn’t going to be a huge issue. Thanks.
