<p>If a school's deadline is Dec.1, but it says applications must be submitted by that day, does this include Dec. 1? Sorry if this is a foolish question, but I have been under the impression that I still have until tomorrow afternoon/morning to submit it finally.</p>

<p>That is correct. You have until midnight of that day. However, I do not recommend waiting until that point. Servers tend to crash at those inopportune times.</p>
